The Ukraine Rehabilitation Center ‘Bethesda’ Project

In the country of Ukraine, having a child with a disability puts families in an extremely tough situation. They are often struggling just to get by and usually lack even basic necessities for their kids like diapers and medication. Most of them are also unable to get proper medical care due to lack of transportation. Unfortunatelly, the Ukrainian government provides very minimal support for them, paying caregivers an amount of only 38 Hrivnya/month (<$2).

As Christians, we believe we were created for good works and to help people like this!!! Members of Grace Evangelical Church in Columbus, Ohio through the non-profit organization Global Orphan Care have have started a project in Ukraine, called ‘Bethesda’ to build a rehabilitation center for kids with disabilities and special needs. This faith-based center will provide physical, material and spiritual help for children with disabilities and their families.
Located in the Ternopil region of Ukraine, city of Chortkiv, the project is currently under construction. At the present it needs a roof, windows, and doors which we want to complete over the winter. But we need your help! You can help by:

1) donating
2) sharing this with others
3) praying for this project that it will bring blessings to these kids and their families.

We are sincerely praying to God to fulfill this need! God bless you!!!

“Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame…Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full”. Luke 14: 21, 23.

Our Vision:

To get disabled kids and adults to a better enjoyable life & to show the love of Jesus Christ.

We are currently raising money to continue improving the land and build the Rehabilitation Center for disabled children and young adults.

We are in urgent need of funding for this project, we have the foundation in place and trying to get to the next phase now.
